Does this clutch cable look right?? 200 1982

I went to disconnect my clutch cable to grease it as per suggestions for my stiff clutch. This is the first time I have looked at this item on my car and it didn't look like the setup in the manual at all. The manual shows an adujusting nut on one side of the bracket and another nut on the other side. My setup doesn't have any nuts, it has a large plastic knobby adjusty thing with a hose clamp next to it on the engine side of the bracket. I didn't try to disassemble it but I took some pictures so you guys could look at it.

Is this setup normal? Does it look like a good setup? Should I just take it all apart grease it and put it back the way it was??

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
