700/900 n/a vs turbos wagons only which is better bang for the buck? Or stay with 200 wagons88-93

I would really like to upgrade to a 700 wagon.Don't know much about the 700 series other than they had the b230f/ft in them.What is the best year to buy the 700 series volvos? Esp.wagons.+/- of turbo engines etc and so forth. How good were the 900 series volvos? Should i just look for 90-93 wagon with 100000 plus miles. Just want to know what thing i should be looking for in these models. Currently have a '88 245 189xxx with one EYE. Thanks for everyones advice,.02.
