Brakes locked up on '70 145S 140-160 1972

Some of you that check the Sweedish Classics borad may have already seen this request for info--sorry for double posting. I wasn't sure which one might have more readers.

I just towed a '72 145 with a car dolly about 18 miles to my house (rear wheels turned freely). The car had been in storage for a long time. I got the car to run and was taking it to the gas station to fill the tank. I put on my brakes at the stop sign at the end of my block. After pullling out from the stop sign I could tell the car wasn't rolling freely and immediately drove back to my house. I suspected that maybe it was the handbrake not releasing properly (although I had not had it on) or a stuck calliper. I was easily able to ensure that the handbreak was was physically released (I even let the cable tigherner out a few turns to eliminate this as a cuase). Still the wheels didn't turn freely. I pryed back the calipers and then was able to turn the wheels. I started the engin and pressed the break pedel. Both rear wheels whould not turn after I got out of the car to checked them (both sides of rear end up on blocks). Could be two bad callipers. Then I checked the two front wheels and found that they would not turn either. Somewhere in the back of my memory I have heard about this (all four breaks staying on after the peddle is released) being a mastercylinder or brake booster problem becuase it is unlikely that all four callipers could be bound up at the same time.

What is my next diagnostic step? Thanks for any assistnace you can give.
