K or H grind. 200

ah damnit! I read a post in the archives and now I have a new out look on my engine. Rarely when the engine is in good tune(emphasis on rarely), I can leave a good 5 foot skid mark. he said if you do this you either have a k or h cam. then he said the h grind was the one that made 140hp in the b23e. well my stock specs were 140hp @ 5500rpm and 135 lb ft @ 4500rpm. my engine is the 1981 b23e canadian version. please help!
