Rear door stuck closed, how to open? 700

Guys,
Got an 86 760ti. Rear door is closed, and cannot be opened. The handle does nothing and seems to be broken inside. However, I cannot open the door to get the inside door panel off.
I have rebuilt a few 200 series inner door things, but no 700's.
