power steering in a 120? 120-130

So my gal doesn't like parallel parking a 120 here in montreal so I'm thinking maybe I'll put in the power steering (I wouldn't mind either) but I have some questions...
1. If the 164 power steering system fits into a 144, does that mean it will fit into a 120?
I read elsewhere that the 164 p/s fits no problem in the 144 and I have extrapolated from this that it would work in a 120 . Is it doable?
Any help would be appreciated and I'll probably enjoy your scathing remarks as well!
