Front end for 780 700 1990

My Mother-in-law drives a 1990 780, which due to a recent fender-bender is in need of a new front end. My understanding is that the lights, grill and radiator are all mounted on one part and that is the part she needs. I know there weren't many of these cars made and my local Volvo yard told me finding a used one would be equal to winning the lottery, but I have to ask anyway...

Does anyone know where I might find one of these?

If I'm unable to find a used part, who is the best source for new parts?

What is a 1990 782 with 150k miles in fair cosmetic and mechanical condition worth? What is one worth with the front end busted up?
