200/700 timing belt question 200

Howdy,
I am doing a lot of research,and this place has been great! Thanks for all the advice so far.
Looking to spend about $5,000 on either a 200/700.
Now know I should get the B230 engine.

My new question is this...
I keep reading about interference and non-interference belts. I know the interference belt can really screw things up if it breaks. So...which years have which belts, does both the 240 and 740 come with these types of belts, and should I really be losing sleep at night worrying about it???
