240 Repair question - did I get ripped off? 200 1991

Folks - I just took my 1991 Volvo Sedan in for a 90,000 service. I'm trying to figure out to what extent the mechanic ripped me off w/respect to mark-ups on parts as well as on overstating of hours required to do the work. If you have experience with repair work on your 240, I'd love to hear how the following numbers stack up:

Timing Belt $29.64
Timing Belt Tensioner $81.00
13 x 975 Belt $21.69
10 x 850 Belt $10.81
oil filter $9.50
air filter (not K&N) $16.46
NGK Spark plugs (4) $13.00
Rear Pad Set $35.72

So first of all, do those prices strike you as being overly inflated? I checked for prices on FCP Groton and by my calcs, the above parts could be purchased for a total of $93.92 vs. the $278.57 that my mechanic charged me.

Secondly, I was charged 8.6 hours at $90/hour for the following work: Rear brake service, replacement of severed transmission mount, timing belt service as well as the 90K service (which included replacing spark plugs, 3 front engine seals, replacing three belts, valve cover gasket, air filter, flame trap, throttle kit, and changing the oil), remounted the radiator and air box, installed rear springs and shocks (for which I provided my own parts), tightened upper shock mounts, straightened up front brake hardware, and anchored the battery. Does this seem reasonable in terms of the # of hours required?

Any feedback would be much appreciated. I am trying to make a longer term decision on a choice of mechanic and really would like to hear if these prices are reasonable or not.

Thanks,

Nick
