185R14 91s on one side 195-75-14-91s on the other (on rear of wagon)

Will this make a huge difference, or are they close enough.I'm having a hard time finding another 185R14.Both tires are used with good tread. My pick-n-pull has free used tires.I use 185-70R14 87s and I know they aren't the correct size for my wagon.Side by side they look pretty close(both Michelins too).Just thought I'd check with you before having them mounted and balanced.
