AW70 or AW71, what's the difference 200 1987

I have an '87 240 DL Wagon. Replacing the tranny.
Found one a salvage place and he said it was AW70 from an'87.
The little plate is missing but 03-71 is embossed on the casing.
Does this mean I have an AW71? Does it matter? I read somewhere that the AW71 is the beefier version used on turbos. ??? I also read that sometimes Volvo used the AW71 casing for AW70 as well> ??
Guess I just want to know if this is a good part for my sick brick.
Thanx,
John
