AW70 or AW71, what's the difference 200 1987

I am sure it is fine. The 71 was the tranny for all turbo cars and has a few tweaks that I do not understand anyway, might be stall speed or something to do with the torque converter and valves (?). I think you can use the heavier duty tranny just fine. More important to you, is it a good recent vintage tranny and does it have the speedo cable take-off covered up since you won't be using it. I doubt Aisin-Warner provided AW 70's in AW 71 housings.
