oil pressure and bad idle 700 1990

Hello, this is my first posting. I must first say, nice site, great FAQ on 700 series cars, but...

I just had my car "tuned up" at my local shop. Its no better than it was. While in Drive (its a 1990 740 turbo automatic) and stopped, the idle dropps off to about 600 or so and more often than not dies. When in park or neutral, the idle speed is around 1300. While it's dying, the oil pressure light flickers on and off. The shop said there was some oil in the distributor cap, etc... Anyone have any idea which seal is bad, or what (if anything) I can do to remedy the situation. It drives well enough, it just doesn't want to stop for red lights, stop signs, pedestrians, etc...

Thank you,
