Dumb Question: Where's the Flame Trap? 700 1988

I've got a quick and stupid question. Everybody I talk to and everything I read about maintaining my old 1988 Volvo 740 GLE sedan and its N/A B230 emphasizes the need to inspect, clean, and replacxe the flame trap frequently. So, I went out and got a new flam e trap for just a few bucks, "just in case." Now, the problem is, though, I can't find the dang thing! I looked in the Haynes book and I couldn't quite figure out where I was supposed to look for the flame trap on a 1988 model. Apparently it had been moved from the location it had been on earlier 700 series engines. So, if anybody can walk me through this procedure, I'd appreciate it.
