Wierd Door Locking Problem 900 1991

I left the engine running on my 945 while I was checking a burnt out light bulb. When I touched the exterior door handle to open the door, all the doors locked. So, I was left outside with the engine running locked out of my car. I had a spare key which was good. Does anybody have an idea on what would cause this to happen? This is the 2nd time it has happened. The first time I tought I was seeing things. Now I know I am not crazy but this problem may drive me carzy. Any solutions out there?
