Cruise control wiring info, anyone? 200 1987

When I took the cruise control unit (black box #3517400) out of a parts car, it was working. Now it isn't. I tried to be as meticulous as possible when pulling it out, but I've obviously missed something. Does anyone know where these wires are supposed to go? I'm stumped by the ORANGE wire in particular. Does it somehow hook into the speedo?
