Trip to the shop 200 1981

OK, got a question, I'm new to the world of Volvos. I recently bought and '81 244 with B21F CIS. It had hard cold start. I took it to volvo mechanic. He installed a "warm up regulator" ($160.40) I've checked manuals and can't find reference to this. (I'm just using a crappy Hayne's though.) Car starts beautifully when cold. Problem solved. Car also has warm start issues. If car has been sitting more than 15 minutes, acts like its flooded, always starts, just a real pain. He says checked injectors, 2 are leaky. Question is this, did he do me right on "warm up regulator", I can see new gray object with new screws on top, about as big around as beer can underneath rats nest below intake. Also should I have him replace the two injectors, or should I just replace all 4. I am trying to determine if he is doing one thing and telling me another so I can't do the work myself. Is he giving me good story here? He's nice guy wiht lots of knowledge and old parts, just seeing how straight he's shooting me. If injectors are the problem, I think I should be able to do this myself and save labor. I'm quite advanced mechanically, but is there fine tuning involved that he is going to be better at? Any advice would be appreciated, It just occurred to me to do a search on this regulator on the board. --Shu
