Rear window washer pump 900

My 940 wagon rear window washer no longer works. I believe its the pump (it just clicks when turned on). The pump is in a pretty tight spot (mounted on the washer fluid reservior, under the air filter, between the reservior and the fender, its a tight spot). Any advice on how to get it out (does just the pump come out, and if so, how to I remove it, or do I have to take out the entire reservior to get to it, and if so, how does that come out)?

Thanks
