'68 wagon purchase, encouragement needed. 120-130

I'm finalizing a deal for a '68 wagon. It's got an o.d. added and very, very little rust anywhere. The paint is still original and totally shot so a respray is first on the agenda. Interior looks good (dash has two cracks what else is new!) comes with a few spares. Been looking for a wagon for awhile now, i think this is the one.
Cost $1,500.00 U.S.
Does this sound about right to you guys?
I know that it's not the deal of the century, I just need a few "Go for it dude" kinda things or even some "what! you crazy man, I gonna give you a wap upside the head for throwing your money around like that!"
p.s. I'll be selling my '66 2dr soon. New bushings all round, O.D., black on black, daily driver, all bugs ironed out, comes with spare rear end.
