740 and (trying to sneak in ) 240 question

Mid twenties isn't out of line. I know there are some people who are getting in the high twenties. I just got 24mpg with a 5sp 240 wagon in mostly city driving. All highway I've seen 30 once or twice, but only a couple of times, and never at interstate speeds. More like 55mph only.
