242glti intake/exhaust manifold conversion/stumbling 200 1983

Hey guys,
I am moving along w/my "racecar",and just finished intake rr from b230 and followed T'bricks to the letter. Also added exhaust mani from 940T,had the flange milled to accept a rebuilt Garrett T3.
I also changed out the overboost switch to an intercooled from a wrecker(sorry).Anyway before the mods,I would only get stumbling when I would crank the boost up to around 9 or 10psi,before the o'boost swap.
Now,I get stumbling anytime I get into boost area.Ive pretty much checked all vacuum lines for leaks, but still lookin'.Rechecked timing and dist might still be a little off,but Im gettin a light and gonna check it out.
Any other ideas?
Thanks
RR
