Throttle Position Sensor Wiring 700 1989

Hi Guys,
I have a 1989 740T. I'm troubleshooting my Turbo Plus unit and according to the documentation I have when the TPS is at WOT the test connector should go from 12v to 0v. I only have 0.8v at the connector (and at the TPS end) but it does got to 0v at WOT. Where should the 12v be coming from ? the ECU ? (I think its a LH 2.2). The cable is black/white & I have only been able to trace it to the Turbo Plus unit so far.

Any help appreciated ;-)

tia,

Paul
