relays 200 1984

I wrote earlier, I did some more searching and I found that one of my relays clicked when I turned the engine on, and when turned over. The other didn't ever click. I traded relays (because they were the same), and it turns out that both relays worked on the one lead and not the other. I don't know which is the fuel pump relay, but I put the bad lead on an ohmeter and it was getting power from the hot wire(red). So I guess my questions are why isn't the relay working? Is only one of them is supposed to click. How are they grounded? I really have trouble reading my electrical schematic, it just seems too vague. I believe I have a jetronic 2(as apposed to just jetronic1) computer because I have a LH mass air meter. How do I check my computer to see if its working properly? Thank you Bob for replying the first time, but I just replaced my fuse and fuse holder and week ago. I should probabley give the statis of my car. I had the car put on a scope downtown, they told me my mass air meter was bad. I bought a used one put it in, and it started up and purred. The next day it wouldn't start. My tank pump works but is not coming on. So at the moment I'm just rying to get that to work before I get on to other problems. Thank you very much for reading this. Jackson Bailey
