Winshield Trim Swap--I want to do it Right!! 200 1982

OK,

Winshield trim seperation has gotten to the point where I need to take action. I just washed and waxed the car and its still absolutely beautiful after all these years, except for the ugly strim seperation. I want to get it done right: remove the trim, winshield, get any accompanying rust taken care of, replace it with a glue-in windshild and finish it up with trim from a 91-93 240. My question is: where is the proper facility to get this done! Glass shop, auto body shop, dealer, independant volvo mech. I need some suggestions. I live in Madison, WI but willing to travel to Milwaukee, Chicago, to get the job done right! The car only has 130k on it and is just a gem! I know this area is a source of water / rust problems, so I want to get it fixed.
