front end 200 1988

After it had snowed the other week, I slid into a curb while parking my 1988 240 dl wagon. The passenger front tire smacked the curb, dented the tire rim a little. Now when I drive, I get a jet engine kinda sound when I reach ~60 miles an hour. What should I look for to determine if I need major parts to fix this. The car also pulls to the right now. Any help greatly appreciated.
