I agree with Tule racks. I have one and after I got over the purchase price - they work great! That was 5 + years ago

Also, I purchased a package of ratchet straps for $10 at the local big box store and they work great for tying down things down to the rack.

Look for racks for sale in the classified- any rain gutter mounting system will work. Even if you can buy the rack with different mounts, you can always buy new mounting brackets.

The rack are strong- I have had 150 lbs on it no problem
