O2 sensor-toasted? 200 1989

I know someone out here can help....I replaced the 02(along with other parts)last month. It ran great for 3000 miles(3 weeks)and now I 'm getting codes that relate to a bad mixture. Is it possible the Bosch 02 sensor went bad that quickly?Other than the mileage going bad,it seems to run fine.The codes I got are 2-3-2,1-1-3,and 2-2-1.Is my ECU going bad? Thanks
