fitting 91-93 240 windscreen to 140 140-160

Hi all

I am doing a body restoration on a 74 144 there is rust around the windscreen
witch means removeal of the screen I have heard of 91-93 240 screen used as a replacment has any body done this what is the difference between the 91-93 240 screen and other 240 screens do I need the clip that hold the trim on if.I get the 91-93 240 screen fitted and can I get any website adderess of anybody who has done and has photos or how to on this sudjects
