replacement engine 700 1991

Recently had my 780 turbo engine die it overheated despite the use of synthetic oil due to a bad hose or water pump. According to the dealer water just poured out of the engine indicating that the engine block was probably kaput. I have had a hard time trying to find a used 780 engine mine only had 120,000 miles on it. Does any one have any suggestions? Also some one mentioned about putting a 240 engine it it and modifing that but I did not know if that would work. Help.
