Engine Kaput!! Help 700 1987

(740 gle 180K, miles) I posted about running on two cylinders.
After checking everything, sensors, injectors, wires, distributor, ect

I did a compression test.
1 (from firewall) 180
2 180 (little less)
3 0 (put finger over it, no pressure)
4 0

I put some oil in 3 and 4, no change.

The car overheated in the summer of 99 (150K miles). It's beening running well since. I did get some black deposits in the coolant resivour. And the coolant level would drop a bit only in the summer months, adding about a cup twice in the summer. Apart from that, no change in the coolant.

I am suspecting the head gasket gave out? Is there way I can check the valves (DIY style).

I am contemplating removing the head. Whats the best way to tackle the exhaust nuts?? They are rusty and have washers. Should I buy a air impact wrench?

Any tips?
