more than 3 700 1990

It's definitely more than 3. I would say it's closer to 5 or 6 before I start to feel any real resistance to my pull. And even when I feel resistance, it doesn't feel like it's doing much. I have to yank it pretty hard. I mean, it prevents the car from moving on an incline in N, and also on a level surface in D, but still, it just doesn't seem right. I'm comparing this to other cars I've driven (2001 Pontiac Grand AM, 1992 Honda Accord, and 1994 BMW 525i) which have more 'responsive' handbrakes. They're not as hard to yank, but seem to respond quicker.
