74 144 found . 140-160

As an owner of a '74 myself ...

Block should be a B20F, auto should be a BW35 3-speed, and mechanical K-jet fuel injection. Not much to speak of in terms of electical stuff ... it's a pretty simple system on that matter.

Costs are generally comparable to 240, but not as easy to find. Luckily, many other things can be adapted to make it work (AC Delco alternators, anyone? :)

As for the unshielded speedo ... looks like the plastic was broken off. It should be covered.

BTW, how much are you looking to spend on this? I bought mine's, rough running, from a charity auction for $170 out the door.

Prepare to replace all the fuel lines with some new high-pressure FI lines. I had one burst after the fuel pump ...

-- Kane ... lost over a half-tank of premium by the time I got back to the office, a mile away.
