How much torque for nuts - exhaust manifold and stock rims 700 1990

1990 740 base w/stock 15" steel rims and original exhaust. Just got the gaskets redone on the exhaust manifold, but I'm not sure if the guys torqued it right. Besides, I think I'm supposed to retorque it after some driving to make sure it's sealed up nice and tight. What should the torque be on the nuts that are on the exhaust manifold (goes into the engine block)?

And while I'm at it, what should it be on the lugnuts for the wheels? I'm not sure if it's the manual or not and I'm already in my PJs, and it's 4 in the morning, so I can't check at the moment, so I figured I'd ask all in one message. :-)

Thanks!
