Why not diagnose the problem. This means determining which part is defective then repair or replace just that one part. However not so bad because rotor, cap, wires should be replaced as a preventive maintenance item anyway. Did you install new parts or used as temporary replacements for testing purposes. When you crank does the tachometer nudge up slightly?
There are simple procedures to diagnose your problem. Have you read over the 700/900 FAQ for info about how the system works and how to test. You should have a meter to procede or even a simple test light.
You can test the function of the ignition switch by simply checking for 12volts at plus side of the coil. Do this while cranking. There is no simple test for the ICU but they rarely fail. At this point because you have replaced various parts, pulled wires etc you may created a new fault.
Spark timing all starts at the hall sensor so I would start there and test it's output signal to the ECU. This is described in the FAQ section. The ECU then sends timed pulses to the power stage which amplifies and then passes them to the coil negative terminal. Check for these pulses at the coil.
