Up/Down Idle 1800 1971

This is a 71 1800e with D-Jet Fuel Injection. Just replaced sparkplugs, points, condenser, rotor and cap. The car starts right up, but the idles starts to go up and down. Tried to adjust timing and after loosening the distributor to set timing, it does not do anything, still idles up and down. I'm using a throttle switch from a 164e (1975)and also a fuel pump from same model and it seems to be working. I've been told of a vacum leak, but can't think of anything at this point. I have new injectors with seals not installed yet, maybe the injectors are leaking. What I don't understand is why the idle does not go up when turning the distributor clockwise. This was working fine couple of days ago and now it seems to be malfunctioning. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Luis Cruz
