Idle Issues

All,

I recently repalced my wiring harness, had various idle issues which with adjustment of TB linkage and cleaning the ICV I have gotten all to settle down, almost. At idle it still wavers and in driving there is a noticeable hiccup.

When I pinch the hose from the fuel pressure reg valve and it idles perfect. I did the leak test on it and almost no fuel comes out. All I've read in the archives and FAQ lead to fuel pressure reg valve being bad.

Does this sound correct?
