random stalling (B230f) 200 1985

The car has a throtle switch, not a throtle position sensor. All it does is tell the computer the engine is idleing and to operate the constant idle motor. If it has the origional ignition wire harness, the one for the computer and dist, replace it with the new design. The new design has a better plug at the ignition module. It has silicone boots inside it and doesn't need a quart of grease squished into it to keep the moisture out. If you install the updated harness make sure the computer doesn't have the sleeves installed on three of the pins. This was a Micky recall type thing to stop the stalling. The sleeves will ruin the new type plug. Also clean out all the grease.
