From those numbers, I would suspect a head gasket. Did the car overheat??

I'm in the middle of replacing a head. Mine was 1 and 2 0 compression, 3 4 at 180. Bad gasket and more.

Did you squirt some oil into 2 and 3 redo a compression test?

If you suspect the timing belt, inspect it. It's rare for it to jump, but it may have missing teeth. But that won't change your compression reading ratios by much.
