Bad cold starts/stalling 200

Re 1987 240 wagon, 212K miles. It's stalling a lot when engine is cold. The colder the outside temperature, the more pronounced the problem. It runs for 2 seconds, stalls. Starts up, runs for 10 seconds, stalls. I wait 2 minutes, start driving, but there is a delay when I step on the gas - as if no gas is getting to where it needs to go. Next stoplight, it stalls. Once it's halfway warmed up, it doesn't stall anymore, but still runs rough. Okay when warmed up. Last tune-up (full) about 18 months ago. Any ideas? Thanks!
