More specific questions on this subject 900 1993

Well, when I changed the fan w motor it took me about 3 hours including figuring out how to dislodge computer box and get it all back in place, guess I could do same thing now in half that time or less. So, PLEASE you guys, give me some good advise. I figure I need to get at the ACC from drivers side, and expect o find tubings and valve in the left part of the heater assy box. But is there a lid to be pryed/screwed off, or do I need to cut the thing open? Do you guys think it could be a hose/valve thing (are these parts in the air stream thus allowing leaked coolant to get into air stream) or should I expect it to be the core?
