Exhaust System Component I.D. 140-160

Hey,

When loading my 145 onto the trailer to haul it home, my exhaust system was pulled apart. It needs some attention anyhow, so I got to thinking;

There are 2 cans included in the system. One ahead of the axle and one behind the axle. Are they both mufflers or is one a muffler and the other a resonator? I'd like to ditch it all, and get some mandrel bends from JC Whitney, as well as a preformance muffler and a Header collector and make my own exhaust, but due to the large cabin of the wagon, I'll probably need all the help I can get fighting interior resonance.
