Where can I buy B16 camshaft ? 444-544

I have without success been searching the Internet for camshaft manufacturers. I am looking for a new camshaft for the B16, preferrably with slightly better performance than standard - something like the K-cam for the B20.

I am also looking for new pistons for the same engine. Also hard to find, it seems.

Is there anyone who has any tips on where I can find it - please let me know here or on e-mail:
