Should I buy 92 240?

Hell yes, if you can get the nearly free bodywork and/or parts. If you can get Korean parts (the bodyman will know about it) then just get those.

The wheel being knocked off center like that indicates that the frame rails probably shifted at the firewall crush points. A light pull ought to straighten that out. Otherwise there's some suspension problem on one of the two sides. If the strut tower took the hit, then that could account for it too. The frame repair is easy if the bodyman you're speaking of has a way of pulling frames. Otherwise you're at the mercy of a shop or frame repair specialist who can do it. That's the only trick.

If you have the opportunity, measure out the front end and see if it all lines up, top and bottom.
