Timing belt installation - help! 200 1982

Ok,

I'm a little less than halfway through the job... I put car at TDC, removed fan, fan shroud, loosened the two drivebelts on the left pulley (when standing in front of the car), removed the timing belt cover, removed old snapped timing belt......
Now, I'm having trouble loosening the final drivebelt on the water pump pulley so I can remove said pulley... unlike the wheel on the left (A/C compressor?) or the power steering pump, I don't see any brackets with convenient bolts to loosen and push the wheel toward the engine and thus loosen the belt... I don't think I can move the water pump pulley around, so it must be the wheel on the lower right (alternator?)... where are the loosening mechanisms?
Also, when replacing the drivebelts, do they need to be "timed" like the T-belt?

Thanks!!!

Evan
