Fuel pressure - what is the figure for 1982 244 B23E? 200 1982

G'day Brickers,

I have recently bought a 1982 244 GL Australian model - B23E.
Like many others, I have a noisy fuel pump.
I'd like to start the troubleshooting by checking the fuel pressure and see if the noise might be due to a high fuel pressure.
Can anyone indicate what should be the normal fuel pressure?

Also, the car is shaking when idle (~900 rpm ) even though all the plags are tuned - no missfiring plugs. I use premium unleaded (98 octan) and 30W50 GTX2 oil (I live in Melbourne) - any suggestions?
