Fuel injector removal 200 1984

Hi ya'll! I am in the middle of putting on a new timing belt, front seals, tensioner etc. and right before I started I noticed that the fuel injectors are VERY loose in their holders. I checked and made sure that the hex head bolts (10mm?) were indeed tight (they were) and so I decided to replace the o-rings since it has never been done (i think, just taking over ownership). So I got the o-ring kit to hopefully fix the problem. So now finally is the two part question. :)
I did research and have noticed that everyone says that the o-ring kits come with a fat o-ring and a wider, thinner o-ring. The beck-arnley kit that I got just has two fat o-rings of the same diameter, a little yellow hard plastic o-ring type deal, and a blue molded piece of plastic, I do not know what for. Is this the correct kit, or have I made an error?
Last, what type of injection system do I have on my car? Like I said I am new to this and I am not sure if I have CIS or a rail type. The car is a 245 Turbo w. intercooler(84.5), and has seven metal fuel lines, three of which branch off after they come around the front of the engine from the left (looking at it from the front) and then the remaining four metal lines go to their respective injectors. What is the best way to remove the injectors without breaking the fuel lines!? I am kinda stumped. We still have not found our Volvo Green books that dad had for it, so all I have is the POS hayes! Please help!

Thanks so much, and I am sorry for the long post!
