B18===>B20 engine parts swap 140-160

I have a prodified B18 and I'm thinking about putting all the goodies onto/into a B20. The way I see it, the Isky cam, lifters, pushrods, steel timing gears, HD oil pump. mech distributor, pre-68 intake manifold and tricked-out SUs and the F.I. exhaust manifold will all fit. Is that right? If so that makes it a winning proposition.

Thanks -
