Internet Parts Suppliers-how good? quality vs price vs service

How would you rate the Volvo parts suppliers? The more popular ones mentioned are IPD, FCP Groton, RPR, and Parts Bin. Prices seem to vary quite a bit. Do some suppliers have lower quality low price parts while others have higher quality higher priced parts? short of buying from all the suppliers there is no way to know who has what. So, I'm putting it out to the forum. What is your opinion of price vs quality from your favorite parts supplier?
I have bought from FPC Groton based on price alone. They seem to be the least expensive. I got KYB shocks for a very good price. I have just ordered rear springs and radius arm bushings-not recieved yet. The springs were $39 each, which was quite a bit cheaper than other offerings, quality unknown. If they turn out to be short on service life I'll wish I'd got the $70 each ones!
