Suspension problems 200

Hi
I have a 90 240. The shocks/springs and front control arm bushes.
The car pulls to the left on a 0 deg road (since the front bushes were done)
After some stuffing around (being stuffed around) I have been told that the castor is out.Which is not adjustable. Has anyone had this problem ?
I can get corrective bushes but they may take it too far the otherway.
What can I do ?
I have included the figures.

Before wheel alignment Caster Left 3.1
Right 3.8
After Left 3.2 Camber Left -0.6
Right 3.6 Right -0.1

I really can't live with the car like it is!
I am also looking at getting sway bars made. (I'm in Australia)
25mm front 23mm rear ???? I notice some of the bars bolt up to the rear axel.
Is this worth me getting done ? If so do I need to take this into account when I order them. It has to be stiffer like this.
