Installing a door, any advice?

Not sure about the wiring, I was hoping I'd find some nice connectors that could be unplugged under the passenger side dash. I haven't taken a look yet. On the donor door, I have plent of extra wiring.

I will also be replacing the fender, do you have any ideas on how to undo the sport welds holding the fender to the front section under the bumper? I guess I'll used a chisel, but I would like to do it the most professinal way possible, so the new fender will fit nice.
